What we collect
Information you submit through our forms: name, phone number, email, property address or search criteria, and anything you include in a message. We also receive standard technical data (pages visited, device type) through our hosting provider’s logs.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request (valuations, showings, home searches), and follow up about your real estate needs. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system (BoldTrail) and generate an internal email notification. If you consented on a form, we may contact you by call, text or email, including through automated technology; reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us and we will stop.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that operate this site and our CRM (website hosting, email delivery, BoldTrail), our brokerage as required, or where the law requires.
Retention
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and as Florida real estate record-keeping rules require.
